Job Introduction

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Turning Point in Suffolk. As an integral part of our substance misuse service, you will provide administrative support to our teams across the region, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

About the Role

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our teams, including answering telephone calls, maintaining accurate records, and helping to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our teams across Suffolk, including data entry, minute-taking, and other administrative tasks.
  • Answer telephone calls and respond to queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and secure.
  • Help to improve performance by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have experience with databases and Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
