We currently present a fantastic opportunity with our client, based in Hadleigh, for the role of Operations Administrator. Our client is a family-run business nestled in the heart of the Suffolk countryside, specializing in the production of a diverse range of cooking sauces for wholesale and hospitality clients across the UK.

Responsibilities for this role encompass:

- Managing customer orders, ensuring timely updates to clients, and collaborating with production to guarantee on-time dispatch.
- Handling website and Shopify orders, overseeing website administration, including monitoring shipping statuses.
- Running social media accounts across various platforms, with a particular focus on global culinary trends.
- Coordinating transport logistics for weekly order dispatch and addressing any transportation-related delays or issues.
- Invoicing orders upon dispatch and providing daily and monthly sales figures to the directors.
- Processing supplier invoices using Sage 50 accounts and facilitating supplier BACS payments.
- Conducting general office administration, including filing, to ensure streamlined processes.
- Supporting directors and contributing to various aspects of business operations.
- Participating in marketing activities, organizing promotions with customers, and coordinating exhibition events.
- Occasional evening/weekend travel with senior management for customer visits and trade shows.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
