About the Job

EasyWeb Agency is seeking a skilled administrator to join its operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and ordering parts, as well as maintaining accurate records and conducting regular health and safety checks.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative roles, particularly in electrical, plumbing, or supplier-based industries. A full driving license is required for occasional part movements between locations.

This position offers a competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, as well as 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension scheme, ongoing training and development opportunities, and free parking.

  • Sourcing, purchasing, and ordering parts in accordance with engineer's requirements
  • Maintaining up-to-date stock inventory and records
  • Conducting regular health and safety checks, including ladder inspections, PAT testing, and fire alarm maintenance
  • Receiving deliveries and moving gas cylinders (up to 28Kg) using a wheeled trolley
  • Monitoring van inspections and ensuring compliance with company policies
