Financial Operations Manager

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Casanovas Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of the payroll department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of payroll operations, driving compliance with employment law, and enhancing HR and payroll systems.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping processes, generating insightful management reports, and delivering top-quality service to the College community. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in payroll administration, strong knowledge of basis taxation and NI procedures, and excellent analytical skills.
- Oversee the monthly payroll process, ensuring accurate administration, timely BACS payments, and distribution of payslips.
- Respond to queries from staff, Inland Revenue, Benefits Agency, and DSS; prepare statutory reports and annual returns.
- Manage payroll-related queries on salaries, tax, and NI, while training HR and payroll staff to handle queries effectively.
