Administrator for Financial Services Operations

About the Position

Join Opus People Solutions as an Administrator for Financial Services Operations and take on a challenging yet rewarding role within our dynamic team. As a key member, you will provide essential administrative support to our independent financial advisor firm in Ipswich.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Evaluate and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective administration and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain databases, records, and documents to facilitate efficient data management and information retrieval.
  • Cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to refine processes and optimize outcomes.
  • Prepare and submit reports accurately and timely, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Financial Services Administrator, preferably with knowledge of supporting Financial Advisers in a technical administration capacity for at least 12 months.
Compensation Package
