IFA Administrator / Technical Support Administrator - Spider role is an exciting opportunity to support a well-established firm of Independent Financial Advisers and Financial Planners based in central Ipswich, Suffolk.

This organisation provides advice to individuals, small businesses, and trustees on a broad range of financial services including financial planning, pensions, life insurance, and investments.

To thrive in this position, you will be responsible for supporting the advisory team by preparing documentation such as letters of authority, illustrations, application forms, and annual review reports.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role or at least experience in the financial services sector, with a strong understanding of retail financial services, products, systems, and documentation requirements.

Key responsibilities include communicating with providers and clients, drafting and checking correspondence, maintaining and updating client records on Xplan, and following up with providers and clients as necessary.

As a Technical Support Administrator, you will work closely with the advisers to ensure efficient administration and exceptional client service.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our offices in Ipswich, with flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development.

We offer a competitive salary starting at £25,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
