We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the Director. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support and assist in managing the Director's daily activities. This is a crucial role that requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

**Duties**:

- Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and electronic
- Provide general clerical support such as photocopying, scanning, and filing

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong clerical and organizational skills
- Previous office experience is preferred
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Professional phone etiquette with strong communication skills
- Experience with data entry and maintaining databases
- Strong administrative abilities with attention to detail
