Personal Assistant to Director

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented person to join our team as a Personal Assistant to the Director. This role will provide administrative support and ensure smooth operations within the office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Being “on top” of supplier/customer invoices - making notes of payment (sort the invoices accordingly, paid & witing to be paid), upcoming due dates
- Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit documents (reports, and presentations)
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations
- Organize and maintain files and documents
- Provide general clerical support such as photocopying and mailing
- Assist in managing office supplies inventory
**Requirements**:
- Greek language - spoken and written
- Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £11.44 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
