Trainee Personal Assistant (PA) to Sales Director

As we expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated Trainee PA to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our Sales Director in achieving business growth and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Actively participate in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business expansion.
2. Sales Support:
- Assist in the creation and delivery of compelling sales presentations.
- Work closely with the Sales Director to meet and exceed weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide information, and contribute to the sales process.
3. Appointment Setting:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for the Sales Director.
- Maintain an organized calendar to optimize the director's time and efficiency.
- Confirm appointments and provide necessary documentation in preparation.
4. Quotation Process:
- Attend to the quoting process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare comprehensive and competitive quotes.
- Follow up on quotes and provide necessary information to facilitate the sales process.
5. Event Participation:
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of company-sponsored events.
- Network with potential clients and industry professionals to enhance business relationships.
6. Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative assistance to the Sales Director.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as required.
- Maintain organized records of sales-related activities.

As this job is a PA to a sales Dairector, Your role will be to assist with all the sales processes in the company, From cold calling to appointment setting to presentations and contract signing.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in typing and computer skills, including knowledge of Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and clerical tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
Note: Previous experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
Pay: £18,100.00-£32,000.00 per year
