**Customer Service Advisor - Salford Quays (M50 3SP)**

**£23,000 basic salary**

**Potential to increase up to £26,000 in 18 months, dependant on individual performance.**

**Permanent - Full time 37.5 hours per week**

**Shifts between 8am - 8pm Mon-Fri, 1 in 4 Saturdays 8am - 4pm**

**How you’ll help us make health happen**:

- Support customer enquiries through both inbound and outbound calls
- It won't always be easy as you’ll need to authorise or decline treatment in line with policy coverage.
- Accurately maintain our customer database, ensuring all conversations and outcomes are recorded
- Maintain high professional standards at all times and abide by all regulatory requirements

**Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role**:

- Great listening and communication skills with the ability to respond with empathy
- A mix of flexibility and resilience to deal with a variety of enquiries
- Confidence using a PC and the ability to multitask
- An enthusiastic, positive attitude with a real desire to help others
- Private space to work from with a wired internet connection
