**Role Overview**

You will be required to answer, facilitate and resolve wide ranging product and general queries from external intermediaries; interpreting individual client needs and developing sound understanding of their requirements.

**What you’ll do**:
Handling high volumes of inbound enquiries from intermediaries, offering intelligent solutions and educated alternatives.

Building strong internal and external relationships with colleagues and intermediaries, networking, supporting, escalating and analysing information to deliver clearly defined solutions.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical and enquiring mind
- Sound Bupa product knowledge
- Confident and articulate with the confidence to challenge effectively at all levels
- PC literate with good working knowledge of SWIFT, MS Office
- Brilliant verbal and written communication and organisational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Understanding of TCF principles and demonstrate commitment to Service Excellence
- Ability to work under pressure, use initiative, and the ability to work with a mínimal level of supervision.
- Ability or desire to work in a target driven environment and motivated to exceed targets and deliver results.
