HR Operations Administrator

Overview:
This role is required to support the HR administrative elements of a Head Office relocation.
The role will support with the consultation process and related admin associated with it - consultation packs, new contracts to issue & track. In addition, will support the engagement, onboarding and induction activity in relation to the move
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide support to the HR Lead for the project
- Track the progress of the individual consultation process
- Create new contract paperwork for individuals once consultation has been completed
- Update employee data into the HR system, Success Factors
- Produce regular progress reports
- Respond to ad-hoc employee queries.
- Create guidance documents and templates in ac
- Maintain personnel files and archived records.
- Support with any engagement, onboarding and induction activities in relation to the office relocation
- Other tasks as reasonably requested by your manager.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Experience of inputting high volumes of data.
- Previous experience in an HR or customer service environment where appropriate prioritisation of tasks was key.
Desirable:
- CIPD Level 3 or above qualified or part qualified.
- Experience of using HR systems, particularly SAP Success Factors.
