The purpose of this role is to manage, collate and deliver our monthly payroll for circa 600+ employees using internal systems to feed into our payroll provider. Excellent excel skills and great attention to detail are required for this role.

Reports to: HR Manager/ HR Advisor

**Payroll (20% of role)**

Collate and input all holidays, sickness, and ad hoc payments onto the payroll planner to ensure correct payments are processed (ad hoc, absence inc. SSP, Maternity, paternity).

Maintaining the general absence management system and employee records on a daily and weekly basis.

Reviewing the monthly payroll and holiday report to ensure all payments are correct before final sign off, once sign off has been confirmed ensuring all overtime sheets are up to date.

**HR (40% of role)**

Assist the HR Advisor with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

Maintain employee files and ensure all filing is kept up to date.

Adding employees to Occupational Health and Employment Screening portals, report any red flags.

General administration duties including filing and updating company organisation charts etc.

**HR Administrator (Recruitment)**

The HR Administrator (Recruitment) will have the autonomy to work closely with hiring managers to deliver a seamless recruitment service and provide advice regarding best practice and employment law, presenting practical solutions and options in relation to hiring needs (in line with the HR Manager’s targets).

Reports to: HR Manager/HR Advisor
- Job Purpose:_
- To oversee the end-to-end recruitment activities across the organization in relation to permanent and Temp roles (Agencies).
- To work closely with hiring managers and other key individuals to ensure a smooth, timely and cost-effective recruitment and selection process is delivered.
- Book interviews with managers.

Send offer letters to HR advisor for approval before sending the letters out.

Send new starter docs & contracts.

Update Recruitment Spreadsheet.

Onboarding of all new starters.

Send new employee references and gap reference requests.

HAL Temp passes.

Book new starters on training (check with training department).

Send new starter details to payroll.
- Key Areas of Responsibilities_**:

- To ensure all job adverts and descriptions are advertised in a timely manner and are up to date.
- To consult and engage with hiring managers to fully understand their needs and to gain a deep understanding of the requirements of the role.
- To advise hiring managers on interviewing and selection techniques and provide support during interviewing and selection processes.
- Update existing, and where appropriate, recruitment procedures to ensure the Company can attract the very best talent available.
- Participate in recruitment fairs and career events and other recruitment events as required / necessary.
- Use social media to its full potential as a resourcing medium and to target specific, specialist skills.
- Contribute to the development and successful delivery of ad-hoc recruitment and HR projects and initiatives.
- To ensure compliance with company values and ethics _- Referencing, gap references, DBS checks etc._
- To be a visible and approachable support service to both managers and employees.
- To take responsibility for personal growth and development and to ensure that professional knowledge is up to date and accurate.

**Uniform Orders (40%)**
- New recruits_

Get sizes from uniform form.

Get employee to sign waiver - Regarding taking care of uniform.

Raising PO’s.

Request Uniform.

Existing employees

Receive order form: Check against company policy (understand if the employee is liable to pay for the request).

Keep updates for all uniform requests.

Inform employee once the uniform comes and arrange collection via text and HR system.

Update system with the amount of uniform the employee collected.
