Our client is looking for an Invoice Resolution Clerk to join their team on an initial 12-month contract basis. They are looking for someone who has existing experience in a similar role or would also consider a recent graduate within a financial discipline. This role will work closely with the AP and Management Team. This would be a great opportunity for someone to get into a competitive organisation in an exciting role.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Accurately and efficiently processing invoices, paying meticulous attention to detail and adhering to company processes and procedures.
- Responding promptly to internal invoice queries, ensuring timely resolution.
- Proactively addressing any non-compliance issues related to Subsea7's 'Procurement to Pay' process.
- Collaborating closely with AP team members and management to deliver exceptional service to suppliers and internal clients.
- Conducting monthly reviews and reconciling aged Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRNI) balances.
- Reviewing employee-entered expenses, ensuring compliance with the company's travel and expenses policy, and following up on any discrepancies.
