Your Mission: Elevate Every Experience

As our Global Event Coordinator, you'll be at the helm of crafting and executing events for senior executives which sets the bar sky-high. Your goal? To deliver an unparalleled, flawless experience for Senior Executives, worldwide.

Your Responsibilities Include:

- **Orchestrating and producing a lineup of in-person and virtual events (5+ annually)**:

- **Presenting a handpicked selection of top-tier venues, hotels, and dining experiences to the Events Manager for consideration/discussion.**:

- **Mastering the art of collaboration with third-party stakeholders**:

- **Keeping our records pristine and presentation-ready across spreadsheets, websites, and event materials**:

- **Coordinating logistics seamlessly with our internal team**:

- **Expertly navigating within an annual budget to deliver maximum impact.**:

- **Getting ready to rack up your air miles - global travel is a non-negotiable perk of this role**

- A meticulous eye for detail and organizational skills
- A passion for delivering white-glove customer service that wows every time
- The ability to thrive independently and shine as part of a team
- Cool under pressure, you thrive in the fast lane of tight deadlines and budgets
- Tech-savvy with top-notch IT skills (bonus points for Adobe InDesign)
