As our Events Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for helping maximise positive brand awareness for the organisation at external exhibitions, conferences, and events. Hybrid role - 4 days working from home. Events experience needed.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Represent the company at events - meeting and engaging with visitors, supporting with capture of evaluation data and, where appropriate, supporting with the delivery of stakeholder receptions and presentations.
- Work with team colleagues to develop an annual programme of external events that deliver against the businesses commercial and corporate objectives.
- Manage all interaction with event organisers including space and equipment booking, invoicing, insurance, risk assessment and all other administration.
- Work with team colleagues to establish event messaging and translate into engaging display proposals including stand design, stand format, supporting marketing literature, and supporting ‘interactive’ content.
- Work with Manager to identify opportunities to maximise company's profile at events through sponsorship packages, round tables, speaker slots, panels, hosted receptions etc. and support with delivery.
- Manage the set-up and breakdown of display stands on location and liaise with venues on logistics.
- Organise and attend promotional events such as press briefings, open days, stakeholder events.
- Support in development and delivery of company brand building event activity such as Awards ceremonies, webinars etc.
- Have minimum 3 years’ experience in an Events delivery role.
- Have strong organisational skills and experience of planning and delivering high-profile events.
- Have strong communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Have creative flair and experience of working with brand guidelines.
- Be personable and an effective face to face communicator, comfortable engaging with a wide range of audiences.
- Demonstrate an ability to develop strong relationships and maximise partnership working.
- Have experience of operating with senior managers, directors, and senior stakeholders, both within and outside of the organisation.
- Ability to work accurately and calmly under pressure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high focus on quality of work

**Package for Events Coordinator**
- Salary £25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience
- Up to 4 days working from home every week
