As Customer Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Onboarding new providers and providing ongoing support/management
Providing responsive customer support to ensure providers have a positive experience
Supporting membership administration and renewals
Following up on leads to engage with, and bring on new providers
Supporting quality assurance administration
Ensuring all information on the website is correct and up to date
Raising invoices

The essential requirements for this role are:
The ability to provide exceptional customer service
Experience in a sales role/exposure to a sales environment
Professionalism, persuasiveness and passion for what you do
Accuracy and attention to detail to produce a high-quality level of work
Good knowledge of Word and Excel
