About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Awarding and Certification Coordinator to join our team at Lantra, a leading awarding body for land-based industries in the UK and Ireland.

As an Awarding and Certification Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate processing of customer orders for certificates and skills cards, while maintaining high-quality assurance standards and adhering to GDPR requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders for certificates and skills cards with accuracy and efficiency
  • Enter learner details into the Quartz system and produce skills registration SmartCards/eCards
  • Perform quality checks on your own and others' work to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards
  • Handle customer inquiries and deliver excellent customer service
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes
  • Manage incoming post and update work instructions, policies, and processes on SharePoint
  • Support the testing and implementation of revised working practices
  • Assist other areas of the Roads and Highways department with projects
About You

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience working within a customer service environment
  • Experience processing orders rapidly and accurately
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of stock reordering approaches, postage, and courier processes
  • The ability to maintain quality system processes and document audit trails
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to process high volumes of work with minimal errors
  • A full, valid driving license and access to your own vehicle (due to our office location)
