- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and order status updates.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
- Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion and communication of products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing and resolving customer concerns or complaints.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
- Proven work experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple sales activities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and maintaining sales records.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and SAGE is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
8.30 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday and a 3 pm finish on Fridays.
