Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative assistance and coordination of sales activities to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and order status updates.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and sales data.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review.
  • Assist in organizing sales events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion and communication of products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing and resolving customer concerns or complaints.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple sales activities simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and maintaining sales records.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and SAGE is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of sales principles and practices.
  • High energy level and self-motivation.
Working Hours:

8.30 am to 5 pm Monday to Thursday and a 3 pm finish on Fridays.
