Amazing opportunity for a Customer Service & Operations Executive to join a busy team, this role is hugely varied, and you will be part of a range of tasks. If you are a Customer Service & Operations Executive looking for a change? please do get in touch.The successful applicant will provide the highest levels of customer service including advising on our holidays, processing bookings and fulfilling special requests alongside coordinating the operations of individual trips.
The Job:
- Advising on holidays and processing bookings
- Answering queries and fulfilling requests
- Coordinating the operations of individual holidays by
- Adhering to contracts deadlines - confirming flights and hotels and sending updates to hoteliers, airlines and other suppliers
- Maintaining close liaison with Club Reps prior / during / post each group
- Preparing Reps' packs and giving briefings prior to each group departure
- Preparing travel itineraries and sending out flight information
- Processing post-holiday administration, and accounts
- Monitoring holiday feedback
- Sending brochure mailings
- Assisting with marketing activities
- Occasional Saturday and evenings work required throughout the season including manning of the duty phone
Skills Required:
- Enthusiastic skier/snowboarder
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure & used to working to deadlines
- Self-motivated team player
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
The package:
- Competitive salary £21,000 - £23,000 with discretionary bonus
- Potential permanent position
