Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for a Helpdesk Operative to work with a Facilities Management company in East London, E15.
- 4 on/ 4 off rotational shift pattern
- 19:00 - 7.00am
- £13 ph/

Key Responsibilities:

- Logging service requests
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and company procedures
- Dispatching work to direct labor and contractors
- Escalating any complaints or issues
- Managing the completion process and sending closures to the client
- Demonstrating rapid response to customer issues and showing a systematic approach to problem solving
- Taking reasonable care for the health and safety of self and others

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to handle conflicting workloads and work under pressure
- Excellent telephone manner with strong communication skills
- Ability to develop effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience in a customer service or frontline support role
- Rounded educational background and credible experience as a helpdesk operative
