Vacancies have arisen to be part of a new integrated team of Facilities Operatives, who will be responsible for the delivery of a professional and welcoming front of house, internal and external environment for customers and staff.

The role includes working flexibly to support buildings operating hours working over a 4 day week.

**This is an important role in which you will**:

- Be responsible for the opening and closing of our offices and carry out compliance and security checks, minor maintenance works, regular health and safety inspections etc.
- Act as lead First Aider and Fire Marshall within buildings being worked in.
- Ensure the highest standards of Customer Care, Quality and Service delivery are met through effective use of company resources.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Possess good communication skills to enable you to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Have experience of activities associated to maintenance tasks, ie painting and general minor repairs
- Possess the ability to demonstrate initiative when dealing with situations and completing tasks.
