**Location is flexible for this role.**

**The Senior Administrator will be responsible for (but not limited to)**:

- Assisting the Marketing Director to help with regular diary planning, arranging core meetings as well as other ad-hoc administrative duties as required, for example research tasks, project work
- General ad hoc diary management and travel bookings for key activity for the wider Marketing & Business team
- Being the lead owner of the PO Schedule and regularly reviewing to chase outstanding invoices with suppliers and liaising with Finance team for progress updates when required
- Co-ordinating website leads by liaising with key people within the business to ensure the potential client is followed up with in a timely manner
- When required, qualifying the leads using our set check list and calling the prospective client to glean more information
- Assisting the team with managing the lead database, Zoho, helping to input data as well as assisting the team with pulling reports when required
- Assist the team in re-branding documents when needed on PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Assist the Marketing Director, under direction, in pulling together monthly and quarterly reports for key meetings
- Ownership of reviewing and improving the logístical process in place for managing marketing stock
- Keep the Marketing Planner up to date with key tasks and deadlines ahead of the weekly planning meeting
- Assist the Communications Manager with the administration side of our social media employee sharing system - ClearView Social.
- Be the key lead in the team for managing our “new start and leavers process” and looking for ways to make this more efficient
- Reviewing office photography needs, booking a photographer when required, and liaising with the local office to co-ordinate diaries
- Other tasks as directed by the team as they arise for example, assistance booking rural show exhibition stands and help delivering project work.

- Experience working in a varied, fast paced administration role
- A leader of your work and your professional learning
- Experience working with a variety of stakeholders across different levels in a business
- Strong problem solving and process creation skills
- Confident, personable telephone manner
- Strong MS Office skills particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- An interest in marketing and business development would be desirable
