You'll be expected to work 37.5 hours per week, following a rotating shift schedule that includes weekends and public holidays.

£23000 per year plus a £1000 language allowance

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients across various products and channels within our vibrant contact centre
- Approach customer concerns empathetically and patiently in a results-oriented setting.
- Collaborate within a high-achieving team, providing support to colleagues as needed.
- Participate in regular team huddles to stay aligned with team goals.
- Stay informed about the latest promotions and initiatives.
- Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects as assigned.

**Key Qualifications and Experience**:
**Essential**:

- At least 1 year of call centre experience.
- French speaking
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
- Strong communication skills; fluency or proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Proficient typing abilities.
- Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a commitment to positive outcomes.
- Ability to establish rapport quickly through attentive listening.
- Enthusiastic, diligent, and conscientious work ethic.
- Detail-oriented approach with a track record of completing tasks.

**Desirable**:

- Bilingual skills (/French/).
- Touch-typing skills.
- Flexibility in work approach.
- Passion for travel
- Previous customer service experience.

This role will be based at our Edinburgh office on a full-time basis until training and probation are completed. Hybrid working arrangements may be possible thereafter.
