**Our Company**

In a nutshell, we build buses and coaches. In fact, more than half of the buses you see on the roads in the UK are built by Alexander Dennis. We have a huge responsibility for keeping the world moving.

We love our customers. So much so, almost every bus we build is bespoke - what the customer wants, we will do our best to deliver.

We have a fantastic Canadian parent company called NFI. They welcomed us into the family in 2019, and we haven’t looked back ever since.

We are building back and growing again, winning new orders in Germany and Ireland which will be manufactured right here in the UK.

Our global footprint is pretty impressive. We have a presence in some super cool places across the world from Hong Kong to Auckland to Toronto.

**Your Dream Role**

An exciting opportunity for a Client Services Representative to join our busy Aftermarket team on a permanent basis. Due to the nature of the role this would be hybrid - home and 2-3 days office based with flexibility around hours.

Your main responsibility will be processing warranty requests and providing customer assistance by:

- Entering customer requests onto our system and confirming warranty status.
- Deploying engineering resource as required and allocating jobs accordingly on the system.
- Advising customers of engineer attendance and recording on our database.

**What you will bring**:

- You will be a self-starter and will be happy to get stuck into a busy role which will be based in our Farnborough office.
- Experience in a similar role or automotive industry experience would be advantageous but not essential.
- Positive, courteous telephone manner.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Tech savvy and computer literate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High degree of accuracy when it comes to data input.
- Things can be hectic here. You will remain calm under pressure and be able to prioritise a busy workload.
- Generally, someone who fits into our culture - approachable, with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
