We have a full-time role based in the south working in a hybrid environment with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Farnborough office.
Aon is currently recruiting a Team Leader to join our Client Service Delivery team. This role is a hybrid role - office and home-based working. The Team Leader is responsible for proactively managing the performance of their team to provide excellent administration and support services for Aon clients. Team Management
Lead, mentor, and coach a team of client service representatives to ensure high performance and professional development.
Service Delivery
Oversee the delivery of client services to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and client satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for escalations and inquiries.
Performance Monitoring
Monitor team performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Problem Resolution
Address client issues and escalations promptly, working closely with team members and other departments to resolve complex problems and ensure client satisfaction.
Process Improvement
Working with the India and Poland teams to Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within the client service delivery workflow, and implement solutions to enhance service quality and productivity.
Training and Development
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional client service.
Reporting and Analysis
Generate regular reports on team performance, client feedback, and service delivery metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to management.
Collaboration
Collaborate with other teams, such as Consulting, Finance, Krakow and India Client Service Delivery Centres to ensure alignment of client service delivery with overall business objectives.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, Aon policies, and procedures governing client service delivery, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and integrity. How this opportunity is different

**Client Management**: Proficiency in understanding what it takes to manage client relationships and addressing client needs and concerns
**Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing client requirements and business priorities
Technical knowledge of health and risk products is a desirable but not an essential
Previous Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a service delivery or customer service environment
Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies used in client service delivery such as CRM systems.
Ability to track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) related to client service delivery
Able to conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members How we support our colleagues
