About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Programme Controller to lead our Integrated Delivery Teams and drive the performance of our control functions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive engagement with delivery team leaders, project and programme managers, and other key delivery partners.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain a clear understanding of the Operating Framework and functional competency requirements
  2. Deliver project controls outputs to agreed standards in support of customer satisfaction, time, cost, quality, cash, and sales
  3. Lead by example, operating openly and visibly to achieve positive outcomes
  4. Responsibility for the performance of the controls function for the delivery teams to which they are assigned
  5. Maintenance of all appropriate reporting needs in support of project and programme delivery
  6. Application of governance requirements in support of the delivery business (including lifecycle, project & independent reviews)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Significant experience as a functional manager, with the ability to set and lead a project controls function
  • Strong experience delivering large-sized contracts (LCM4); where projects contain a great number of stakeholders and a high level of risk
  • Experience of working in a matrix management organisation
  • Strong stakeholder management experience across a business unit and the wider corporate business
