Gama Aviation is currently recruiting for a Client Service Coordinator to join the Aircraft Management team at our Farnborough site on a permanent basis. The Client Service Coordinator role calls for individuals with exceptional communication skills and a can-do attitude. You will work with a range of high-profile international clients, (including Aircraft Owners / Owner’s Agents and the aircraft crews).
- You need to demonstrate an ability to be flexible, and adaptable and above all to remain calm in pressurised situations. You will be expected to set up aircraft trips by ensuring that the crew is assigned and ground handling, fuel, crew hotels, crew catering permits and other services are all organised. You will need to ensure that pre-flight documentation is provided to crew, and on occasions where the crew are destined to operate within areas of elevated risk that due consideration is given to health and safety and risk assessments.-

- Communications with the aircraft client and crew concerning the initial schedule and updates on any delays
- Assign crew to flights, building Trip Reports
- Consulting with Operations and the Account Managers as appropriate

**Skills, Qualifications and Experience required**:
**Essential**
- Demonstrated experience in Aviation Operations
- Problem-solving skills with an ability to multi-task and prioritise incoming tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

**Advantageous**
- Excellent levels of computer literacy
