Experience in handling databases and basic ledger work is expected as is an understanding of patient confidentiality. We would like someone who is confident and comfortable working within a multidisciplinary team. Although a non clinical role, the individual will often speak to patient or relatives on the telephone and so an empathetic nature is essential. Previous NHS experience is not necessary but is desirable.
