Our Head Office department is located in the heart of Piccadilly and occupies the 5th & 6th floor of our beautiful flagship store. This central London location, offers so much to explore including restaurants, bars, cultural sites, shopping and more, and only a short walk from the Green Park Tube Station and plenty of bus stops.
**Role Purpose**:
The Events Partnership Executive is an exciting opportunity to join the team running external events at Fortnum & Mason. Working closely with the Senior Events Partnership Manager, the Events Partnership Executive will play a key role in planning and executing each event. Through excellent organisational and communication skills, they will develop great working relationships with our partners and customers to drive sales and deliver a consistently immaculate experience.
**Role Responsibilities**:
Operational- Provide support throughout the entire events lifecycle from securing the partnership to delivery on-site
- Management of day-to-day administrative duties
- Responsibility for end-to-end event management of own projects demonstrating autonomy
- Be the ‘Face of Fortnum’s’ at our events for our customers, clients and partners whilst managing on-site operations
- Lead meetings, make recommendations, and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate all aspects of the events delivery with internal teams and suppliers
- Manage customer queries and correspondence
- Ensure all operations are executed with sustainability at the forefront of our thinking
- Manage and maintain sales reports, orders, invoicing, critical paths and operational documents
- People & Collaboration- Liaise with multiple stake holding departments within the business to ensure the events are delivered excellently including, but not limited to; Marketing, Merchandising, Buying, Packaging, Sustainability, Finance, Visual Merchandising, Chefs and Hospitality and Logistics
**Role Specific Criteria**:
- Essential- Previous experience in organising and running events
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Highly motivated with a great desire to succeed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales focussed
- High level of computer literacy - specifically Excel
- A passion for our brand
- Understanding of the premium market place
Desirable- Previous experience on D365 sales system
