Overview:
Flexjet is looking for a Events and Partnerships Specialist to join one of the leading companies in the private aviation industry. This position will join an in-house marketing department that operates in a fast paced, highly creative environment. The Events & Partnerships Executive will work across the full portfolio of different OneSky Flight brands that include, but are not limited to, Flexjet, PrivateFly, Halo Aviation & Sirio.

This is an opportunity to join a growing and dynamic team in the private jet industry and be involved in a wide range of strategic marketing activities and projects.

This position will be part of the marketing department but will have responsibilities that may cross over into various areas of the business.

**Responsibilities**:
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Acquisition and retention marketing and communications across EMEA
- Work with Director of Marketing to develop annual event & sponsorship plan in conjunction with development of overall marketing plan
- Oversee event details including invitations, event logistics, prominent logo placement, guest list, attendee biographies, and ensure that all deadlines are met
- Manage event budgets and assist in negotiating necessary contracts surrounding event
- Lead and direct vendors on-site at marketing events and oversee all events logistics
- Manage day-to-day relationships with external event agencies
- Evaluate performance of events & sponsorships based on lead generation ROI and brand awareness success
- Support the development and creation of marketing materials including e-blasts, newsletters, collateral material, etc.
- Assist with design of promotional materials as necessary
- Source, order and manage stock of premium items and logo merchandise
- Assist in the execution of Owner Loyalty Gifts and Owner Referral Campaigns
- Assist the online Flexjet Boutique initiative
- Support the development and creation of marketing materials including e-blasts, newsletters, collateral material, video & photography
- Acting as a brand guardian ensuring branding is consistent throughout the business & customer journey
- Manage relationships with existing Flexjet brand partners & sponsorships
- Work with the team to source and identify new partners & sponsorship opportunities.

Qualifications:
**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
- previous experience in a marketing position, preferably for a luxury brand or service, would be ideal.
- Ability to meet deadlines, must be comfortable prioritizing tasks, demonstrate flexibility, display a strong work ethic, fanatical attention to detail, and sense of urgency.
- Innovative and creative thinker; motivated by challenge, change and opportunity to help OneSky Flight brands look at things differently
- Ability to prioritise and complete multiple projects simultaneously, and work in a team environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken English. Additional language skills a plus but not required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience writing on brand content
- Budgeting skills necessary to develop budget, forecast and maintain expenditures within the established budget.
- Role to be based in the Flexjet House office in Central London
- International travel required as part of the role
- Salary & remuneration dependent on experience
