**Overall Purpose of this role of Partnership Executive**

ICAEW's Affinity Partnerships Team is responsible for generating income through developing strategic partnerships with external organisations. They are responsible for negotiating a range of exclusive benefits with leading brands to add member value and a commercial revenue stream for ICAEW.

**Responsibilities of Partnership Executive include**:
Working alongside other Affinity Partnership Team members within agreed account management principles:

- Deliver Affinity Partnership activity for our partners, following agreed processes and maintaining a "best in class" approach from when marketing campaigns are agreed to end-of-campaign reporting.
- Working closely with other Affinity Partnership Team members, position yourself as the primary marketing contact at ICAEW for our Affinity partners, taking a proactive and consultative approach for the whole end-to-end delivery process.
- Support your Affinity Team members to ensure contract and invoicing processes are followed correctly, working with the Commercial Finance Team so that revenue reporting is up-to-date and accurate.
- Ensure all contract deliverables are met and the partnership is developed so that it adds value to both the partner and ICAEW (leading to contract resigns).
- Contribute to partner review meetings on sales targets, marketing campaign performance, ROI, and development opportunities to ensure the partnership is maximised to full potential for the benefit of both parties.
- Act as a source of support and information, including best practice and advice on developing plans, advising clients on campaign strategy and implementation (e.g. ad copy, speaking content/style, messages and exhibition techniques) where appropriate.
- Share learnings and best practice to ensure the team are working in an agile and consistent way, collaborating on team projects that challenge existing ways of working where you see opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of ICAEW's business objectives, working collaboratively to achieve Affinity Partnership and Commercial Team budgets as well as taking part in cross departmental projects where appropriate.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task (essential)
- Previous event management and marketing delivery experience (essential)
- Previous client relationship management / customer service experience (desirable)
- Proven project / time management skills (essential)
- Strong interpersonal skills (essential)
- Willing to work well as part of a team, with a flexible, can-do attitude.
