Job Overview

As Partnerships Executive, your role will work closely with the Partnerships Account Manager to support all areas of account management across the Surrey County Cricket Club partnership portfolio and help to deliver best-in-class partner services.

The role will also support the Commercial Team with new partner acquisition and commercial income generation.

General Duties

Support the Partnerships Account Manager in ensuring the efficient delivery of all partner contracted rights across the season with a focus on activation excellence. This includes matchday activation, content creation, CRM and digital rights management, in-bowl advertising and partner events

Help create ‘End of Season Reports’ for all partners working with the Marketing and Data team throughout the season to ensure partner reporting is aligning with partner KPIs. Utilise data and insights to improve partnership measurement and reporting

Manage the allocation and distribution of all partner tickets and hospitality allocations for major matchdays

Manage the Executive Box Holder relationships and oversee the booking forms, catering requirements, invoicing and ticket fulfilment

Support with the selling and delivery of the Corporate Matchday package across the season

Identify new areas of growth and partnership opportunities through prospective partner research to help generate new sponsor leads

Produce and distribute new partner proposal decks working with the Design, Data & Marketing teams

Build strong relationships with the Club’s other departments to ensure effective delivery of all partner rights i.e., Marketing, Data, Player Management & Communication Teams

Support on admin for all invoicing and internal payments relating to partner activity

Share partnership best practise and competitor activations with the wider commercial team and have a deep understanding of current partnership trends

Carry out other duties and responsibilities of a similar nature to those described above, which may be allocated from time to time.

Availability to work across match-days which can include weekends on occasion

Desirable Attributes

Previous experience in an account management, sales or sports-based role.
