**FM Administrator**

Our client is looking an administrator to join their team on a temporary basis but can go perm for the right person.

**Duties to include (not limited to)**:

- General duties including word processing, minute taking, reports, absence reporting and confidential documentation.
- Assist team with audit information, update spreadsheets, engage with contractors, book training and update the training matrix.
- Support the Performance & Workflow Manager in the planning and implementation of change to improve the administration service and operational quality.
- Liaise with colleagues in relation to the customer service provided to the Trust.
- Ensure appropriate and accurate information is obtained from callers, correctly prioritised, inputted promptly and correctly onto Maximo system, assigned to Technical staff, completed within agreed timescales and collated for monthly performance reports.
- Ensure compliance in relation to organisational procedures for Health, Safety and Environment, Service Delivery, Quality, Finance, Purchasing and HR.
- Ensure all tasks allocated by Performance & Workflow Manager are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that telephone enquiries and fault reports are answered promptly and dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, including taking messages and answering routine enquiries.

**Skills**
- Use of Microsoft office
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication
- Basic DBS required

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £14.82 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Salford, Greater Manchester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service (preferred)
- Administrative experience (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
