**Contract Administrator
- Head Office, Salford, Manchester**

We are looking for a **Contract Administrator** to join our Operations Team at Thermatic Technical FM.

The Operations team’s main aim is to deliver agreed services to our customers with the upmost standard and efficiency, whilst maintaining and delivering all cost lines. As a Contract Administrator you will support this purpose by administrating the contract between the customers and our engineers, ensuring the contract runs smoothly and efficiently and distributing work across the teams.

To be successful in this role, you will have strong customer service and interpersonal skills to deal with different customers and departments within the business. You will have great time management and organisational skills and be able to communicate clearly to colleagues at all levels. You'll also be confident with operating MS Office package and quick to learn new computer-based systems.

Essential attributes also include previous administrative experience within a similar function.

Experience within construction, FM, or the Engineering sector would be advantageous, as would having previously used the Job Logic CAFM system.

**Hours & Location of Work**:

- Main location - Thermatic Head Office based in Salford. Opportunities to work remotely will be available.
- Regular hours of work - Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm - 40 hour working week

**Main responsibilities include**:

- Distribute work for engineers on guidance from contract supervisor
- Respond to questions and requests for information - internally and/or externally
- Support all administrative tasks on contract, from initial call out to completion
- Review waiting for work and liaise with the team to allocate jobs
- Book quoted works as requested
- Ensure client portal is keep up to date with all relevant information
- Review previous day’s work to assess status of work, inform and action where appropriate
- Confirm delivery of required parts prior to engineer allocation
- Confirm booking of works with customer prior to the work being undertaken
- Commercial awareness of operational impact
- Ensure compliance and due diligence with all contractual requirements and KPI’s
- Use a collaborative approach across your team and contribute to team meetings and discussions
