**Financial Contract Supervisor - Head Office, Salford, Manchester**

We are looking for a **Financial Contract Supervisor** to join our Operations Team at Thermatic Technical FM.

The team’s main aim is to deliver agreed services to our customers with the upmost standard and efficiency, whilst maintaining and delivering all cost lines. As a Financial Contract Supervisor you will support this purpose by supervising the contract between the customers and our engineers, ensuring the contract runs smoothly and efficiently and distributing work across the teams. You are also responsible for the profit and loss of the contract/s.

To be successful in this role, you will have strong customer service and interpersonal skills to deal with different customers and departments within the business. You will have great time management and organisational skills and be able to communicate clearly to colleagues at all levels. You'll also be confident with operating MS Office package and quick to learn new computer-based systems.

Essential attributes also include previous experience with supervising teams, contracts and activities within a similar function.

Experience within construction, FM, or the Engineering sector would be advantageous, as would having previously used the Job Logic CAFM system.

**Hours & Location of Work**:

- Main location - Thermatic Head Office based in Salford. Opportunities to work remotely will be available.
- Regular hours of work - Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm - 40 hour working week

**Responsibilities include**:
**Operational**:

- Effectively supervise the day-to-day operation of the contract(s)
- Contact the engineers in relation to procedures relating to CAFM use.
- Respond to questions and requests for information - internally and/or externally.
- Review client portal to ensure it is kept up to date with all relevant information.
- Feedback to team after analysis on jobs, offering solutions to improve.
- Assist with quotations for the account team when required.
- Assistance uplifting jobs as required with the account teams.
- Awareness of gross profit and driving efficiencies, and how to impact/improve.

**Finance**:

- Commercial awareness of operational impact and what measures can be taken to improve.
- Manage work in progress to ensure jobs are completed and invoices are raised in a timely manner.
- Review mitigation report to understand why jobs are not profitable, identifying opportunities and enabling action to be taken to improve.
- Attend meetings for Debt and WIP.
- Work in conjunction with credit control on outstanding debt.
- Cost & invoice all jobs on CAFM Systems for the account team.
- Uplift Requests for all contracts within account team.
- Provide data on financials over the contract, updating on monthly performance.

**Customer**:

- Gain in depth understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Full understanding of the contract and contractual requirements
- Actively seek feedback on operational performance, act upon feedback where possible and escalate when needed.
- Attend client meetings to deliver operational updates when required

**Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance and due diligence with all contractual requirements and KPI’s
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements, e.g. correct certificates needed and issued on completions on jobs

**People**:

- Lead and mentor Contract Administrators and/ or Apprentices
