Office Administrative Assistant

Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with accounts tasks using Sage or similar software. training will be given.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping inc Excel
- Knowledge of sage or similar accounting software is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
