We require an office administrator for a full time position. Monday to Friday, 08.00 to 16.00.

- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing shipments
- Maintain and update filing systems, both physical and digital
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of important information
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Provide general clerical support as needed

- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles and experience using QuickBooks software is a plus
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

Pay: From £12.00 per hour
