Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Sheffield (Remote working to start and then based in Office)

**Salary**: £24,000 PER ANNUM

Working Pattern: 08.00am -4.00pm

**The Opportunity**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage finances and bookkeeping.
- Handle day-to-day tasks like sales recording, payroll, and invoices.
- Maintain office supplies and handle orders.
- Ensure office cleanliness and organization.
- Manage incoming calls and mail efficiently.
- Assist in report and presentation preparation.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Provide administrative support to team members.
- Assist with travel arrangements and expenses.
- Maintain filing systems, electronic and hard copy.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.

**Required Experience**:

- Office admin experience required.
- Bookkeeping background essential.
- Proficient in Sage 50, Xero, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy crucial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to prioritise and work independently.
- Professional demeanour and interpersonal skills important.
