Office Administrator
**Key Responsibilities**
- Office Administrator
- Dealing with customers queries and complaints, escalating where necessary.
- Communication with Manager and Customers to ensure accuracy
- Processing and checking invoices.
- Assist with maintaining the schedule of contracts and permits to work.
**Required Skills and Experience**
- Experience and confidence in telephone call handing in an office environment is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Experience using the Microsoft package including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Effective and competent organisational skills.
- Flexible/adaptable working approach and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work as part of a team, but show individual accountability.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and the ability to take on and accept responsibility.
- Driving License Essential
Working hours are Monday to Friday 09.30 - 17.30
or Part-Time
**Salary**: £17000 to 21000 per year pro rata
**Experience**:
- administrative: 1 years (essential)
- estate agency: 1 year (preferred)
Location: Sheffield south Yorkshire
