Capital Recruitment is working with a Distribution company in Knowsley who is looking for an Administrator to join their buisness.

Working within a friendly team, you will contribute to the success of the operation by providing administration support, including:

- Answering incoming calls and resolving queries
- Logging all issues onto system
- Keeping customers up to date on late running's and potential delivery failures
- Booking deliveries and providing alternative solutions to customers
- Resolving internal queries and supporting internal departments
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with both customers and clients
- Provision of an excellent standard of customer care
- Photocopying, printing, organising and storing documents
- Ensure all paperwork is returned for all customer deliveries

What do you need?
- Transport office experience (desirable)
- Excellent administration, prioritisation and organisational skills
- Excellent computer literacy, Microsoft Office, Word & Excel
- Ability to multi-task and meet set deadlines is essential
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn new skills and acquire new areas of knowledge

**Salary**: Up to £20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kirkby: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
