Office Administrator

LFUK are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their clients team in the Kirkby area.
The office administrator is responsible for proving administrative support in the office. This includes answering phone, filing, and dealing with enquiries
**Qualifications**:
- Office administration experience is essential
- Some knowledge of accounts would be preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Excellent computer skills (microsoft office suite) required
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
This role will initially start as full time hours working Monday to Friday for the first 3-4 weeks.
The role will then reduce to 16 - 24 hours across 2-3 days.
Wednesdays and Fridays will be required worked days, but this may be change depending on business requirements.
2 days will be eight hours each day however if working a Friday it will be 6 hours due to an earlier finish.
**Job Types**: Temp to perm, Part-time, Full-time
**Salary**: £10.62 per hour
