Job Opportunity at Blendsmiths

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper & Office Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our cash flow position and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including invoicing, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including email management, travel arrangements, and event organization.
  • Collaborate with the directors to develop and implement financial strategies and plans.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in accounting and finance.
  • Proficient in using accounting software, such as Xero.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
