We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper & Office Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our cash flow position and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including invoicing, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including email management, travel arrangements, and event organization.
- Collaborate with the directors to develop and implement financial strategies and plans.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in accounting and finance.
- Proficient in using accounting software, such as Xero.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
