- Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday -8.30am - 5pm - salary £23,795

- The Noticing Administratorwill report to the Noticing Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring that all works are registered, and our teams meet the noticing requirements.
- Providing administrative support to the Noticing Team
- Ensuring start/stops are issued correctly.
- Maintaining a weekly log of office and field staff (update if job finishes earlier/extended)
- Checking jobs on the systems used.
- Good level of IT skills and MS packages
- Able to work in a team, with a can-do attitude
- Experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Good attention to detail

Pay: £23,795.00 per year

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
