Our client is a well-established production company based in South Kirkby, due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit an Administrator to be based at their office in South Kirkby near Pontefract.

**The Role**:

- The processing of customer orders and entry on to our clients system
- Liaising with customer on order changes and service challenges
- Communicating with production on changes/issues
- Communication with transport manifest for sales deliveries and liaising with our clients haulage partners
- Communicating with despatch department internally
- General Administrative tasks
- Answering the telephone

**Applicants should possess the following skills and experience**:

- Experience within an admin or office based role essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent administration skills
- Be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel etc.
