Our client is a well-known and reputable top-branded HGV dealership.

**LOCATION - Knowsley, Liverpool**

**HOURS - Monday to Friday with overtime**

**Job Type - Full-time, Permanent**

**About you**:
As an Invoice and Claim Administrator, this role is a critical part of the running of a successful Service Department, supporting the Customer Executives and Service Manager to ensure customers receive the best service through an efficient, timely, and accurate administration process.

You will be an analytical thinker, capable of processing a wide range of information in order to draw conclusions and make decisions. You will also be customer-oriented and focus on the values that we live and breathe. Lastly, you will be flexible, responding to different ways of working in the face of changing situations, and contributing positively to a team in order to achieve common business objectives.

**Role accountabilities**:

- Responsible for preparing cost estimates, invoices, and associated paperwork for all work completed within the company and MBT UK rules.
- Preparation and submission of Repair and Maintenance, Warranty claims to ensure the quality and compliance of all documentation.
- Reconciliation of manufacturer payments including acting upon claim discrepancies and management of aged debt.
- Complete regular and documented self-audits to drive continuous improvement in the business processes.
- Supporting the Service operation with effective WIP control. Ensure all parts returns are actioned and relevant parts sent back for assessment

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE JOB**
- Experience in an automotive service operation or in a comparable role.
- Proven track record in warranty/service contract administration.
- Basic technical vehicle knowledge
- Understanding of compliance with light commercial goods vehicles.
- Basic computer skills as well as general business knowledge.

**COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THE JOB**
- You are meticulous and thorough in your approach with an attention to detail for accuracy whilst ensuring compliance with company and MBT UK policies and procedures.
- You will have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise your daily workload to ensure all time-sensitive deadlines are met.
- You will be an effective communicator with a keen understanding of customer satisfaction factors.
- You will be a consistent performer who is able to work under pressure
