- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Shift Pattern: 8am - 4pm
- Salary is between £21,255 to £22,978 d.o.e

This role will be based in the Training School office on our Knowsley site.
- Monitor, assess and process stores requests ensuring optimum utilisation of existing stock.
- Generate material request forms and send to buying for the ordering and delivery of materials.
- Assist in the management of stock inventory ensuring all costs are accurately assigned.
- Produce and distribute reports detailing stock availability, staying aware of product lines.
- Liaise with the IS team for the creation and management of stock codes and bill of materials.
- Keep systems up-to-date and report and resolve discrepancies.
- Liaise with procurement daily to manage goods in and out.
- Assist in the management of product and location barcoding.
- Management of the company courier services and processing of delivery/collection requests.

Excellent communicating skills both face to face and over the telephone.
- Ability to manage multiple workloads.
- IT Literate
- Previous experience in an Administrator role
- A legal Right To Work in the UK.

Be educated to a Level 4+ (C+) in Math’s and English
