We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator providing support to a small but busy HR department in a growing business. This role includes payroll administration for which training is provided but previous experience or a good understanding of payroll processes and legislation is an advantage.

**Salary**: Relevant to experience

Qualifications: previous experience in a HR administration role or working towards CIPD level 3

Hours: Full-time (9 - 5pm, Mon to Friday)

Immediate Start

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage administration duties to support the day to day operation of the HR department.
- Maintain employee information such as personal data, training records, holidays and attendance.
- New employee inductions/ onboarding and employee exit interviews
- Payroll administration including upload of timesheet data, calculation of statutory payments, bonus scheme payments, calculation of holiday pay, payroll reporting.
- Pension administration (e.g. AE correspondence).
- Support the HR manager with recruitment adverts, CV selection and Interviews
- Adhoc administration and support to HR Manager
- Adhere to the Company’s Confidentiality Agreement at all times.

Skills/ Experience: Demonstrable experience working within a HR office and managing sensitive data
- Methodical approach with attention to detail
- Good understanding of HR & Payroll processes and documents
- Excellent level of numeracy and literacy
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Flexible approach to working
