Plant Administrator

We are currently looking for a Plant Administrator with exceptional organisational skills who will maintain the Reception and Conference areas ensuring a positive customer experience whilst supporting the HR function and Plant Senior Leadership Team

The Plant Admin is repsonsible for
- Managing the Reception function including employee and manager support, creating an exceptional visitor experience, maintaining telephone and mail services, Stationary management
- Maintain conference suite and meeting room housekeeping and bookings. Ensure conference facilities are kept to an exceptional housekeeping standard.
- Manage all Travel / Hotel / Catering requirements as requested by Plant Leadership team.
- Maintain compliance with all BRC, and HS&E standards at all times.
- Work with the HR team to maintain T&A System and ensure weekly reporting requirements are completed
- Assist the HR Team to provide an excpetional Onboarding experience for new starters.
- Work with our Occupational Health providers toarrange Occupational Health Appointments
- Manage the agency worker administration and requirements through collaboration with the Plant leadewrship team
- Management of Employee Workwear system
- Assist the HR team with Training events and Recruitment campaigns
- Support HRM with D&I and Works Council Meetings. Assist with Corporate Initiatives such as D&I, Recycling Challenge, Who We Are Month etc.
- Complete various administration tasks as required by Plant Leadership team
- Participate / Lead in various Continuous Improvement Projects
- Manage social event organisation and distribution of gifts / tickets etc.
- Administer all Employee Recognition Programmes
